Upon completion of this form, you will have the option to pay for the program with your card (with processing fees) or you can pay us with cash or check made out to SKEVA for $150.
Once this registration has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email to the email associated with your SportsEngine account.
SKEVA JRs Schedule will be every Sunday (with the exception of Memorial Day weekend) with the 7-9 year olds going from 1-2:30 PM and 10-12 year olds going from 2:30-4:00 PM! Dates for both sessions will be listed below!
